My both feet r paining a lot while walki
Hello doctors, My weight is 93 and my age is 34 female. from the past 15 days, I have had feet pain alot.. not able to walk or stand more than an hour.. recently, I took a blood test and got lipid profile as 220 total cholesterol and hemoglobin is 9.. I have attached the blood report pls check and give me good suggestions to relieve my pain

Hey hi Your symptoms are multifactorial. U have not mentioned your height, and the weight that u have mentioned is definitely on higher side. You can calculate your BMI using ht and wt,. Most likely it would be higher. Which itself causes lots of prob. Your cholesterol is also raised. Looking at your blood report you are anemic (microcytic) most likely it can be iron deficiency anemia. Your symptoms are due to these underlying problems only.
Next Steps
• Dietary measures-Decrease fat intake. Follow proper diet plan. Intake calculated calories only. Decrease carbs. High Protein diet. Stop taking fastfood and packed food items.Eat green vegetables, egg white avoid yolk. Add Jaggery (v imp)- it is one of the richest source of iron. •Supplements - -Iron supplement Cap Feefol 1 po OD after taking meal (u can take vit c or lemon juice with it to increase its absorption) -T Calcium 500 +vit D  1 po OD  ( CAUTION: DO NOT TAKE IT WITH IRON CAP) -Sach Calciferol vit d once a week with milk for 1 mth then alternate week -T methylcobalamine 1 po OD *15days After you start feeling better and your Hb comes to normal range. Start doing physical exercise for weight loss.
