My 7 month baby is doing vomiting
My 7 month old baby boy weighing 9.5 kg is refusing to eat anything from 1 week, if he eats anything he vomits. He was having fever for 2 days. But now he has relief from fever. What to do. He is only taking breastfeed and not taking any solid food.
Please guide
