Please clarify which part of your left upper limb is affected. Is it the shoulder, arm, forearm or hand itself ? Your diagnosis and management depend on these informations.
Next Steps
You may consult a physician or orthopaedic doctor online at Practo.

Hii Muscle pain is general problems in human body due to many reason so don’t worry it will be relieved by taking general medicine in acute muscle pain like Tab- Flexon mr two time in day and Cap- Omez one time in day for three day but for chronic muscle pain treatment will be given on the basis of complete patient history and physical examinations . One more advise for you that you should do yoga and exercise daily with physiotherapy by ice on that muscle area . with all regards.
