  4. Muscle problem. To retain my now life?

Muscle problem
I have problem of muscle  pain and joint pain . It has for pain in night. Recently i got fever of 101F from then onward is problem started. Some time there is a heart pain also which exist for few minutes it happens once in day or two At that time it seems that my may stop working. From few day my joint pain is very high. At the morning time it seem that may not be able to walk. Tell me what to do to retain my now life Thanks Hari Krishna
