Muscle injury in leg.
I got hit by a blunt object in my leg few days ago which resulted in "Pain , Immobility and Swelling" in my calf muscle. There is NO redness around the affected part. Yesterday I had to get a tetanus shot following a cut in my hand after which the condition of my leg worsened. Currently I am unable to walk properly or even straighten my leg due to the pain . It hurts even when I touch the muscle to give a gentle massage. Using a support bandage helps a bit but the condition of my leg is not getting any better.

Care AI Shimmer
• Sports Taping. • Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.
