Invoking muscle of polio affected leg

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Hi, My left leg was affected with polio at the age of 5. After taking lot of treatment or consultation. I am able to walk & run. Apart from this i can ride a bike and many more things i can do but I can see the differences in my both leg, my left leg is thinner & shorter than other one. I just wanna ask is it possible to rebuild the muscle ? How ?
