What are muscle leg exercises
Hi I am 32 year old girl. I have just recovered from fever. I have the muscle legs which pain and feel weak too. How do I strengthen them? What are the best exercises for muscle legs? Will jogging or running be good? I have to get back to work soon so which exercises will work faster?
