Pain in leg
Muscle pain in left leg. When I am lifting my left leg then muscle get cramp and it get started paining and whole my thigh is paining and not able to lift my leg. And the next day I get relief. Please suggest me what to do. Thanks

Due to muscle weakness your muscle get strain. Kindly go for calcium and vitamin d test also because muscle weakness associated with any of above deficiencies will cause more problem

It may be possibly due to prolonged sitting which your job demands(if there is no history of injuries)
