I like running, playing football.. Within past few months my leg (thigh and calves) grown so big, although i always keep calories deficiency in my diet! . I hardly eat breakfast and lunch.
So, my question is, what is the cause of big thigh and calves muscle? How can i slim it down?

If you are active and play sports it's pretty normal for a male to have muscle bulged our and it might not be fat but strong muscles
I don't think so that you need to cut down your diet.
Eat healthy and if you think it's the fat mass then increase your activity and keep watch on your diet in a healthy way
