1st make sure if you need supplements.
If tests suggest so take vit d3 sachets /capsule 60k weekly for for 6-8 weeks then once every month . Most well known pharma brands products are safe .
Similarly for calcium and vit b complex ,zinc .can take supplements but prescription needs to be tailored accordingly.(Age/bmi/vegetarian-nonveg diet /lifestyle /etc)
