Multivitamins for conception
I am planning to concieve, 33 years old 70 kg weight.. I got my b12 check and d3 test done last month... b12 is 313 and d3 is 35.7 Please let me know what all medicines to eat for conception. Please suggest brand name and how much mg to be taken. Also can I take limcee 500 once a day daily with multivitamins for conception ?
