Lycotene XX is not a medicine in the true sense. It is a Neutriceutical, that means a food supplement. It is not known to be associated with any side effects on pregnancy. But since it is a new product it is better to avoid it during early pregnancy. After all there may always be a "first time" when it is found to be associated with complications.
