Shall we take over the counter multivitamin tablets? Are those safe? I am taking Healthkart multivitamins on daily basis for last 1 month after recovering from Covid. Can I continue taking it?

Yes u can continue taking it... But instead of eatingvmultivitamin tablets focus more on eating healthy/ and excercising... That's go a longer way in keeping you healthy
