My parents are 76 years of age. No medical history. I am planning to start multivitamin suppliment. I came across RevitalH,1mg 50+ Senior Tablet. Is this safe, especially RevitalH? Or can you please recommend multivitamin suppliment?

Greetings!   Considering the fact that there are no medical conditions, I suggest you to give a healthy balanced diet with more bright coloured vegetables, fruits, and high protein food like pulses, legumes, paneer, mushrooms, egg, chicken, fish, soya etc

Gud morning pls kindly consult a good physician whether they both can use any supplement as because of age factor I am saying this to u.Pls try to include healthy foods containing carbs,good amounts of proteins,healthy fats,fiber as well as all essential vitamins n minerals rich foods as well as adequate water intake is essential.Try to serve them small frequent meals on each 3hrs of gaps 5-6small meals in a whole day rather than serving 3large meals on long hours of gap.
