Mucoid degeneration, knee pain
I had early stage mucoid degeneration in my left knee and pain in both the knees since more than a year.
I am doing exercise for quadriceps and vmo but yet found no improvement. Pain is getting worse day by day and due to this i m now less active and my weight is going high. I am 27 year old. I was calcium deficient at the beginning of my problem but now i m taking calcium supplements. And no pain killer works well for this. Hope its curable. Please help me with this
