You can undergo another MTP. The dangers and complications remain the same. In fact in this game you don't gain anything from the "past experience" . If anything, it may be more difficult and may be more complicated too. Your future fertility may be affected by the infection. So a proper place is very important.

What is important is u need to be educated about methods of contraception that hv zero failure rate
So that u do not again end up with an unwanted pregnancy
Every abortion takes a tollon mental n physical health of the patient
Under supervision of a qualified dr after an ultrasound termination of pregnancy is unlikely to affect future pregnancy prospects
