Back pain is due to mass over hip region . So Removal of mass is needed at this time . Physiotherapy should be done after removal of sarcoma. If orthopedist suggested you surgery better go for surgery . Don’t delay .

Sir there is disc bulge as mentioned in the report. due to improper posture, prolonged standing causes this. there is no need to worry, visit nearest neuro physician or ortho centre for medicines and take physiotherapy treatment. IFT TRACTION and ULTRASOUND therapy will help recover from this, later with strengthening exercises the back muscles will be back to normal.
