Mri -endometriotic cyst
After several test and meeting docters , after septic abortion,Mt,uti,pid,and fluid in dhouglas, from 6 months, cleared antibiotics and piptaz no. Of time ,fluid dried now,but my symptoms getting worse ,but docters told me pain is in my mind, that's rude and impossible. So I went to best gynae doc ,did MRI- report -smallendometriotic cyst in right ovary and all reproductive organs healthy, no tb history, docter told me he can only prevent it from growing but can't remove without surgery. But my symptoms are not because of cyst , told me to visit paincentre, interact with many woman who have cyst , our symptoms are same.
Symptoms- pelvic tingling, sensation, heavy ,full , as if I'm always on period , irregular period, no heavy bleeding,no pain during means, backpain very severe than pelvic, nausea,on and of breathing heaviness, constipation on and off , can this cyst remove without surgery, reason of backpain, heavy and tired legs

Mam cyst can't be removed without surgery. Medicine can help few people but only to control symptoms and prevent the growth of cysts further growth. My advise would be to go for diagnostic hystero Laproscopy.

if its endometriotic cyst sometimes adhesions can form which can cause pain..u can either take tablets or go for diagnostic laproscopy to confirm

Cyst can't be removed without surgery. Also it depends on size of cyst whether surgery is needed or not. How irregular are your periods?
