Hi You can have it for the days when you are too busy but you should avoid it . Shift to the regular breakfast and have traditional meals that is how you can be healthier day by day.

Hi, Ideal breakfast is what is made fresh in our kitchen. However if looking at convenient options then milk or curd with fruits and nuts is the best option. Cereals have been processed and stored for months together and thus should be avoided.
