Hello, Even though the milk teeth are affected, it shouldn’t be taken lightly., as there is already some movement because of the hit, chances are that they might need extraction depending upon the extent of movement. Also while applying pressure there is pain, which means the vitality of the teeth may have been affected . Consult a pedodontist to rule out these possibilities.
Next Steps
Visit a paediatric dentist (dentist for kids) to get the teeth checked properly, and whether it needs to extracted or not., depending upon the mobility of the teeth, or if they need Pulpectomy (like RCT in adults)
Health Tips
In the meantime, provide soft diet to your daughter, so that while chewing there is less pain and less movement.
