Lower jaw right side damaged tooth ,got vacainated last week,covishield,,suggest me some medecine to avoid pain , will remove it later

Attach picture of tooth. Painkiller may give temporary relief, that too not always. Dental x-ray has to be done and can plan treatment accordingly.

Please attach some photographs of effected area. If you are feeling pain, then you can take painkiller but remember self medication is not safe and they will give you temporary relieve only. So it's better to visit some clinic or video consult for proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
Next Steps
Can take Painkiller like Ketorol DT, if you have pain. Warm saline water rinses two to three a day. Try to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day, n rinse rigorously when ever you eat something so that their is minimum food accomulation on that tooth.

Greetings, Sir , there may be pain due to infection and pus formation , medicines will give you temporary relief , for permanent solution you have to get it treated      Till then you can take Caps. Moxikind cv 1-0-1 for 3 days. Tabs. Zerodol p 1-0-1 for 3 days. Avoid medicines if you are allergic to peniciline, aceclofenac  and peracetamol.
