Dear practo user
Prescribing medication without taking history and clinical examination is not recommended. Please send complete details of how and when pain started, aggravating and relieving factors, allergies to medication, past dental history, medical history, xrays of the affected areas, and intraoral pictures, and information on mobility of the teeth. Then we can help.
