Weekly onces I suffer from mouth ulcers please tell me the reason s for that my age is 22.and working in finance company for 10hours office duty

There could be many reasons for mouth ulcers.. need to know 1.about any medical conditions if present..?? 2.About regular bowel movement 3.It could be vitamin deficiency.. 4.any regular gutka pan ciggrette habits?? 5.how is your oral hygiene?? 6.any medications u r on..like any kind of antibiotics for a treatment or self medication??
