Mouth ulcers, inflamed gums. Problem!

Hiii…28f….. Suffering from 1)Severe mouth tongue almost near throat ulcers(sores) 2)All the gums inside the mouth upper lower and deep inside the mouth are swollen and red and very painful 3)fever of 100.5 4)blisters on lips are appearing slowly since 2 days Since 5 days Using paracetamol+ibuprofen Antibiotic Mucgel sometimes Hexigel sometimes But no relief Unable to eat anything couldn’t even sip water Complete jaw is paining a lot teeth outside near throat also I can feel ulcers bcz it’s painful there also …. Only when I apply mucgel iam getting relief for sometime only on ulcers but not around the inflmammed gums What can I do iam even doing salt water warm gargle Iam very much in pain 2-Mucgel iam applying and sleeping so it will get swallowed is it ok or is it harmful it’s been since 5 days iam using it thrice Also hexigel iam applying it but couldn’t resist from swallowing will it cause any problem
