Mouth ulcers I think
Having ulcers under tongue. Can't eat any solid food. In lot of pain. What to do? Only 3yrs old. Do I need to go to a paediatric dentist ?

Probably are mouth ulcers Can visit pediatric dentist to rule out other oral anomalies. Give something cool to get relief from inflammation. Vitamin B12complex syrup can be given
