I have mouth ulcers in upper part of mouth . that cause pain while eating food. there are around 6-8 ulcers and region around them is red in colouri been around 2-3 days since they occured

This can be due to stress.vitamin deficiency. Did you consume any new medication lately? It can happen because of it as well.
