I have been ulcers with one month please give me reason why this is happening. I want some suggestions for this kind type problem. I am facing this problem with one time. I am using patanjali toothpaste. Then why is that so much for me irrigation

Cant say without clinical examination By the way take multivitamin and drink lot of water
