Mouth ulcers
I am having mouth ulcers from past 7 days, also I was having fever because of those ulcers, so I consult to a doctor, who gave me B complex forte capsule, for ulcers and I am taking it for 2 days, but still my ulcers are not going and also my urine colour changed to pale yellow. I am confused about my problem, please help.

Generally mouth ulcers happen due to Vitamine deficiency of B/C/A or even zinc also.
Primarily any general physician will prescribe that supplements only.&The urine colour yellowish is also due to B Vitamine intake.,Take more water..that's not issue.
If inspite of Vitamine supplements,Ur complaint is not better or progressing,then better to approach any nearby Homeopathic Doctor.By personal observation,They can go be medicines which are suitable&Helpful for speedy recovery.
Meanwhile start taking Sprouts,Honey+lemon water,Curd, Buttermilk,all lemonades,(Guava is rich in C)..to get better improvement.
