From past 5 months i have been experiencing mouth ulcer on 'one exit other enters basis' either on tongue or gums or lips inner. I am not a patient of constipation at all. I drink lots of water as per my BMI. Not having any coffee, dry fruits, tea, fast food or any garam eatables at all. I brush my teeth twice still. Facing severe ache in mouth with slight bleeding from front teeth gum once in a while. Please advice what to do in this case.
