Mouth Ulcers after dental procedure
Dear Doctor, I got dental procedure (fillings & a cap done with 3 injections given in mouth for local anesthesia) on Wednesday (19th) and from next morning I got at least 10 mouth ulcers below tongue, left side where injections are given. They are very painful and I can't talk, eat or drink water/fluids. I have been taking BECELAC FORTE, RIBOFLAVIN & applying ZYTEE or Hexigel with no improvement. Kindly help me with best medicine for immediate relief as I can't talk, eat or drink. I appreciate your help Doctor. Regards
