I have been suffering from mouth ulcers since 8 months...I have cuts on my tongue by birth.. due to ulcers some wounds appear on tongue and on my buccal..it's make me very discomfort.. please give me suggestions

** stress and anxiety
** Iron deficiency anemia
**GIT disturbances (chron"s disease)

**citrus food and high acidic foods
