Ulcers may not be connected to bleeding gums. Bleeding gums are a sign of gum disease. You probably just need to get your teeth cleaned. ( scaling and polishing) . This should take care of it.
Next Steps
Consult a dentist to do the needful.

Bleeding gums and mouth ulcers are two independent pathologies which may or may not be related to each other. Get yourself evaluated by a dentist to ascertain the cause of your mouth ulcers which are recurrent. The right treatment can be suggested only after the proper diagnosis has been established. Using anaesthetic ointments like dologel CT can provide temporary symptomatic relief till that time. Bleeding gums is a sign of gum inflammation and it will be recommended that you undergo a session of teeth cleaning by a procedure called as scaling as soon as possible so that these symptoms can be alleviated. Regards.
