Mouth ulcer
Since yesterday I am having redness of skin inside mouth . Having trouble in eating normal food as it feel very spicy. This burning kind sensation yesterday I could feel till starting of throat from starting of inner side of lips.
Kindly let me know what should I take to cure this. I am not able to see any kind of lesion in tongue upper and lower both side or any other lesion on oral cavity but some red spots I feel on upper side of mouth near the starting of throat. I tried to take some pics. When not eating anything then also feeling little burning kind sensation at inner side of lips. Not going through any dental treatments or no current dental issues are going on. Below are som pic kindly see them and let me know what to do so that this gets resolved earliest.

Will be needing a little more details like - do you have diabetes or hypertension issues, kindly brief me about your oral hygiene as well, what does your diet mainly contain of?
