Mouth ulcer repeated 2nd time in 2month
Two months back I had mouth ulcer. I tried home remedies for few days and after three days. I took antibiotic tablet three day course and it was fine now since yesterday I am again feeling similar mouth ulcer. It's just starting and I don't want to repeat the antibiotic. I am taking becosules once in a day from yesterday. But my concern is why the mouth ulcer is repeating what could be the reason. It's our ok to continue with b complex tablets and wait for it to heal. Please suggest.

Do not take antibiotic for ulcer . It may make it worse. Continue taking bcomplex. Have a non spicy diet. Eat fresh fruits, curd etc and get adequate rest. Apply hexigel or dologel to the affected area. If ulcers keep recurring rule out a stomach issue as stomach problems and acidity can also cause ulcers.

Ulcers may occur due to multiple factors like stress, constipation , vitamin deficiency, traumatic, iron deficiency etc. So rule out everything first. Add Vegetables, fruits, curd more in your routine diet. Take folic acid tab. For month once every day. Apply Dolo gel or Anabel Gel on ulcer. Antibiotics are not helpful for ulcers. So avoid taking it.
