  4. Mouth ulcer. Is little bigger in size?

I have mouth ulcer on the sides of the tonguebfrom last 5-6yrs due to which I sometimes face difficulty speaking. I don't feel pain but it feels that my tongue is little bigger in size

You can try using Smile Gel. It is easily available over the counter at most chemists. You could also take a course of oral Vitamin B complex. ( Check with your general physician for the same, he might be able to prescribe one for you)
