Mouth ulcer
I have been having a mouth ulcer since last 6 days...it paining...I also try many home remedies but it remains same...so I need an expert advice

Apply hexigel or dologel on the affected area 5-6 times a day. Avoid hot and spicy food. Have lots of curd and other cooling food. Add a bcomplex tablet like supradyn once daily for a few weeks

There are so many reason fr oral ulcer... **Stress and anxiety **Vit B12 deficiency **Iron deficiency anemia **Gastric disturbance(GEDR, gastric ulcer) **viral infections **Irritation from sharp objects **Genetic factors Apply Dologel for pain relief... If ulcer is due to vitamin deficiency then multi vitamin tablets supplement should be given

Mouth ulcers have various reasons. Most common cause is stress. Usually it gets relieved in a week. If it's hurting too much can go in for a short dose of oral steroid. If not mostly it's self limiting. If it doesn't heal by itself, visit a dentist.
