I am having mouth ulcer from 1 week and from 3 days I am taking b. Complex capsules but also mouth ulcer is not cured help me with any gel and any other tablet.

Always remember mouth ulcers r mostly secondary to any persisting ailment .... Either u have digestive issues... stomach ailment Or u r taking antibiotics since long for sum reasons So along with gel u need to take care of the primary issue for permanent cure
