Mouth ulcer
I am getting mouth ulcers off and on. Sometimes it goes off by itself. But sometimes it takes a longer period to heal. Our local doc prescribed Anabel CT gel and Nutrolin b for 10 days. But things haven't improved. What exactly should I take. What toothpaste should I use ?

Your local doctor has given the rt medicine, kindly continue taking them. Mouth ulcers can occur for a variety of reasons ... mainly stress, viral infection, stomach issues, sharp edges of some tooth, tobacco etc. you can identify the cause and work towards treating it.
