Hi there...mouth ulcers can be due to lots of factors but major being stress, dehydration and your eating habits... For relief....drink lots of water, avoid spicy n oily food for some days... And take vit. B capsule one per day... If possible ...apply the powder of the capsule locally over the ulcer... Take care ...!!

Ulcers in the mouth can occur due to wide array of factors. Enrich your dietary habits with fruits and vegetables, they are natural and best way to boost immunity with nutrients and vitamins. Avoid eating outside food and fried stuff for sometime. If you are stressed out, you need to add meditation as part of your daily routine. Its definetly not sublime, but scientifically proved fact. If there is a increase in the frequency of occurance of the ulcer, its best advisable to see a oral medicine specialist.

Mouth ulcer are generally because of vit-B deficiency. And are stress induced too. But it is also associated with systemic diseases. Mostly gastric problems. You should visit a dentist to rule out weather these are apthous ulcer or traumatic ulcer or something else.
