  4. Mouth Ulcer. A need to visit doctor?

Dear Doctors, I've had this bad mouth ulcer on my tongue for last 2 days. I've been using a Folic Acid Tablet in morning and Vitamin B Capsules in night. Even applied some toothpaste on it to soothe but Hasn't helped. Please suggest, is there a need to visit doctor?
