Sir,
Any mouth sores that keep going and coming back needs to be assessed. If you have any additional medical issues, (stomach ulcers, kidney troubles, liver issues, skin issues etc;) they could all be reasons for frequent ulcers.
One more frequent reason is "dietary". Nutritional deficiency can present as ulcers/sores. Eat nice healthy wholesome diet for getting B-complex vitamins and good amount of Vitamin C (amla etc;)
If the ulcer is persistent (with or without pain) and for more than 2 weeks, it is important you get it checked in person.
Next Steps
Maintain good oral hygiene. Clean / rinse with warm salt water or use mouth wash (chlohexidine).
Health Tips
Persistent ulcers/sores need evaluation as soon as possible.
