This condition can be called general oral halitosis. U need to brush twice a day after waking up and before sleeping. U should use a mouthwash called chlohex without any dilution two times a day after waking before sleeping. Eat healthy foods. Cut down on non veg or foods that stuck between ur teeth. Most important thing is to use a dental floss which u get in medical stores. If u don’t know the instructions of use pls watch YouTube and follow the same on how to use a dental floss. Buy a thread which is continuos in a container. Colgate floss. It’s a white box u open the lid u get a thread from there u will understand.
Next Steps
Use these tips follow everyday it will all disappear. Using floss is ur greatest advantage and u should educate ur family and motivate them also to use floss.
Health Tips
Do not over do flossing just once a day. Brushing twice and mouthwash twice. Tongue clean twice and eat carrots and fruits and boiled vegetables. Even if u eat meat u have to floss after eating or else divers will get stuck in between the teeth and rot and smell

Good morning The reason for bad breath can be local or because of any medication. You can try brushing your teeth twice daily and using mouth wash,30 mins after brushing, try rinsing your mouth after every meal of the day and if the problem still persist, decrease onion, garlic etc from your diet and have sugar-free chewing gum. If the problem still persist, get oral prophylaxis procedure from your local dentist once situation improves
