Hello Dr
I have a mouth ulcer an one year ago after that When I go to Dr he say OK not to worry about it after some time its heal automatically
So should I go for Every year for general check up for mouth screning

Mouth ulcers can be due to various reasons including gastric issues, spicy food, diet, stress, drinking less water, continuous irritation from broken or carious tooth etc.
Work on the above habits and get a general dental checkup done evry 6 months

Hii... Mouth ulcer is common sometimes...Reason of that is constipation, stress, spicy food , sharp teeth.. You can consult a dentist & find out the reason. It will heal normally in 5 days. Anyway you should go for regular dental checkup in 6 months to prevent any painful treatment..
If ulcer recurring, topical corticosteroids along with multivitamin supplements has to be taken. You can consult through this if any further details required.
Mouth ulcer can be because of many reasons .
Among this stress is the most common cause of it followed by nutritional deficiency & constipation
So in your case ,you have recurrence variety i.e that goes on & off .
