My mouth spot dark red and white spot in my mouth please suggest me and any time they are spread or shrunk and my mouth is shrunk and not properly open

Do you have any habit of tobacco chewing or smoking or any other habit?? because its happening due to that habit only. Visit to a dentist sooner for more checkup. Delay will only increase the problem.
