I understand your concern. It can be quite frustrating to deal with facial motor tics, especially when the medicines you have taken seem to affect your facial expressions, mood or overall quality of life.
The good thing is that having motor tics does not necessarily mean that you have to remain on medication lifelong. Treatment depends on the type, frequency and severity of the tics, how much they interfere with your work/social life, and whether there are associated problems such as anxiety, stress, OCD or ADHD.
There are also non-drug approaches for tic disorders. In particular, Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), which includes habit-reversal techniques, awareness of the urge to tic and competing responses, has good evidence for reducing tic severity and is recommended as an important treatment option.
Regarding homeopathy, I would prefer to assess your case individually rather than simply promise that a particular medicine will cure the tics. We can discuss your previous treatment, the exact nature of your facial movements, when they worsen or improve, your stress levels, sleep, and any associated symptoms, and then decide what approach is appropriate for you.
