Hi Doctor, I suffer from motion Sickness whenever i travel. I feel vomiting and giddiness when moving in a bus or car. From Whom should I take treatment. I am clueless.

Greetings for the day .
You are a very young woman and suffering from morning sickness is very natural and common esp when you have to travel long distance.
So, I would suggest to pls try taking homeopathic medicines at least for a month.you can also take homeopathic on sos basis when ever you plan to travel.
Few common remedies like cocculus gives very good results

1. Do not have food for 2hrs before starting travel . Eat something light
2. Half an hour to 1 hour before travel you can take tab Avomine 25mg .
3.keep a plastic bag ready at hand always.
4. In a car sit facing forward preferably in front seat .if discomfort or nausea is felt stop the car and go for a walk around .
5. In bus sit in a front seat and don’t look at the trees passing by from side window.
6.Do not read while travelling .

You can visit a ENT doctor who will examine the inner ear for any organic cause of motion sickness.
Sometimes very small structure in inner ear like semilunar canals and perilymph disparity can lead to this symptom.
