Motion sickness
Are there any treatments for motion sickness? Or can it be managed at least? I have it quite bad, can't travel much, even office commute is a pain for me. Appreciate any advice

Motion sickness is very common and yes it can be treated and nausea free travel is possible

person with motion sickness have to take either patches Or tablets 20-30 mins before they travel that help to get rid of nausea and vomiting during travel .

use scopalamine patches or tablets before travel and dont drink plenty of fluids before travel

I need to have some more details…but for now focusing the eyes on objects straight ahead may help. Avoid overeating, alcohol and smoking before travel. I can suggest medication too but after more details…kindly consult
