Are there any treatments for motion sickness? Or can it be managed at least? I have it quite bad, can't travel much, even office commute is a pain for me. Appreciate any advice

Motion sickness is very common and yes it can be treated and nausea free travel is possible

use scopalamine patches or tablets before travel and dont drink plenty of fluids before travel
