For my friend, have a problem in motion part. But we are sure this is not a piles issue. Coz, we checked in a private hospital near us. They said , this is not a piles complaint but they requested us to undergo the minor surgery procedure. But we didn't interested to do the surgery.
Is there any remedy for this without surgery ? Coz this is not a piles complaint and it's looks like a wound in that part. Please guide us for a good decision ..

I think you are talking about fissure. But it is easily diagnosed by the doctors.
Anyway most of the rectal complaints caused by indigestion and some incompatible food.

There is no need for surgery.. This sound like fissure or venous diathesis with anal bulge. Avoid constipated stool by taking green leafy vegetables daily, More liquids and more and more fibre content food..
