Are u having constipation,this May b due to constipation. Please consult as after ceasarian constipation is to b avoided for at least 6 months because it may hamper healing.

Check you blood pressure.  If it's ok than no need to worry.  Or maybe due to post delivery constipation due to spinal anaesthesia
