Hello doctors, How to differentiate between normal mosquito bite and dengue mosquito bite? Will applying coconut oil prevents us from mosquito bite is that fact or myth?

See normally u can't differentiate the bites.. Some times yes u can say the bite time is diffrnt for dengue.. But come on..if the mosquitoes is hungry it can bite any point of time juz like all mosquitoes.. So plz avoid stagnant waters/close window by a mesh/repellents/full sleeves

There’s no such thing like normal mosquito bite, secondly every bite has a character like itchy red rash. Coconut oil is not proven mosquito repellent

There is no such difference but difference is in timing of bite and also prevent by odomos and use of net while sleeping

Dengue is caused by mosquito. So mosquito bite and dengue mosquito bite will be same. You can apply odomos to prevent bite
